GUEST Wildlife Garden Party! Why not come along?

Ever wondered about what happens with all of the green space in UofG? Did you know that there are two garden spaces that are open and ready for you to use? Glasgow University Environmental Sustainability Team (GUEST) helps promote inclusive green spaces, which includes tending to the Wildlife Garden. Follow their work @GlaUniEST.

The Wildlife Garden is a lovely, open space located at the University's Hillhead Campus. It is filled with natural vegetation, a frog pond, raised garden beds and of course all of the lovely critters!

GUEST is organizing an event to celebrate the wildlife garden! It will take place at the garden itself on 17th April 2019 between 1pm-4pm. There will be live music and horticultural activities for all those who attend as well as free food and a BYOBlanket policy.

Hope to see you there!

Please note, if it rains on the 17th, the event will be moved to the 18th.

PGR Gardens

If you are interested in gardening, or even just taking a breather from the office, why not come along to the PGR gardens? They are located behind the Wellington Church along Viewfield Avenue and are open to all. It’s a great place to have lunch, meet with friends or learn how to take care of a garden! If you want to join our weekly gardening session sign up via our google form.
