The NUS (National Union for Students) isn’t just for Undergrads and they are keen to tackle some of the burning issues for their postgraduate researchers. One area where I know most institutions tend to get low satisfaction scores is support for postgrads who teach.  To find out a bit more about these issues, the NUS have launched a Postgraduate Employment Survey which aims to uncover the experiences of postgraduate researchers who are employed in academic or academic related roles in higher education institutions in the UK.

Employment can be anything from teaching undergrads to exam invigilation, library work  or demonstrating, as long as it was undertaken in a UK university between September 2008 and the present day.  Why not share your thoughts by completing  their survey and have a chance of winning £50 Amazon vouchers?
