Hey, so, I've been thinking about how to word this, and there's no easy way to say it, 

because 

I don't want you to feel guilty but my feelings are valid. 

The thing is...I've put so much into this, but its quite one sided. I'm the one doing all the work. And for my own self respect I can't let this go on, but I do want to give you a chance just in case you didn't realise how this was impacting me.

I spend hours thinking about what to write, and how to write it. So much analysis. In order to move forward I think it's best that we re-establish some equilibrium.
