Take part in the 3MT Thesis Competition!

Jamie Gallagher, winner of the 2013 3MT Thesis Competition at the University of Glasgow, tells us why 3MT is a great opportunity for PhD researchers

We’re holding an info event at the Gilchrist PG club Seminar Room on Tuesday 9th February at 2pm 2016, featuring winners from previous years.  Come along to this for tips and advice, without committing yourself to signing up!

How it works

Postgraduate (PhD and MPhil) researchers present their research verbally in just 3 minutes with related contents on one PowerPoint slide. The winner of the finals will win a £1000 travel and research grant, as well as the opportunity to take part in a national 3MT competition. The runner up will receive a £500 travel and research grant and there will also be a People’s Choice Award.
